Shipping & Delivery

The order delivery cycle includes two core stages, detailed as follows:

1. Order processing stage: This stage mainly involves verifying order information, custom tailoring (if required), quality inspection, and product packaging. Generally, after you successfully place an order and complete payment, all orders will be transferred to our cooperating manufacturers within 72 hours, who will then coordinate the subsequent shipping process.

2. Logistics delivery stage: The logistics delivery stage refers to the time required to transport the goods from our warehouse to your specified delivery address. For different regions, the standard safe delivery time with insurance is as follows (ensure that the products you have selected are currently in stock):
- USA and Canada: Delivery duration of 2-4 weeks
- Australia and New Zealand: Delivery duration of 2-4 weeks
- UK and European regions: Delivery duration of 2-4 weeks
- Other countries and regions: Delivery duration of 2-5 weeks

3. Delivery service type explanation:

   (1). Valued delivery service: If the goods are lost during transportation or damaged upon delivery, we will provide you with a free replacement of the same item, provided you can provide valid proof, without any additional charges.
   (2). Priority valued delivery service: After selecting this service, your order will be included in the daily priority processing list and prioritized for submission to the manufacturer for shipping. However, due to the daily order volume, the actual delivery time may be similar or the same as the standard delivery service, and this service also includes valued protection for the goods.

Important note: Due to our warehouses being located in different areas, some products may be shipped in batches, leading to different arrival times for various items. Please take note.

4. Logistics tracking guidance: After the logistics number is generated, it usually takes several days to a week for the accurate logistics trajectory information to update and display. We recommend using third-party logistics query platforms (such as https://17track.net) to check your order's logistics status.

5. Special situation explanation:
 (1). For some countries and regions, the actual delivery time may exceed the estimated range, based on the actual logistics transportation progress.
 (2). If the number of orders received by us within a certain period is large, your package delivery may be delayed compared to usual circumstances. Please rest assured that we will strive to accelerate order processing and shipping to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. We understand that waiting times exceeding expectations may cause inconvenience, but we always prioritize product quality over shortening delivery times. 6. Order modification rules: If you need to modify the submitted order information, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order (email address: support@skywispd.com), and we will assist you with the necessary modifications. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to adjust the information. To avoid unnecessary issues later, we recommend carefully confirming the size, color, and other key information of the products when placing the order.
