1. Is it necessary to register an account to place an order? 

No registration is required; you can place orders as a guest. However, registering an account will grant you the following exclusive benefits: simplified checkout process, saving ordering time, convenient order status and history viewing, and timely notifications of new product launches and exclusive promotions.

2. What payment methods are supported?

 We support all major payment methods, including various major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express / AMEX) and PayPal payments.

3. How is the security of online orders ensured?

When you shop online using a credit card, all information is entered on a webpage protected by SSL encryption. After completion, the information is transmitted directly to our credit card partner network using SSL encryption technology for card verification and transaction approval. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, so you can place orders with confidence.

4. Is currency conversion involved? 

All transactions are settled in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total order amount will be converted based on the real-time exchange rate on the day your issuing bank processes the transaction.

5. How to set the delivery address? 

Since the website and service system are based on an English framework, all information you enter (including punctuation) must be input using an English input method. If your address contains non-English characters, it is recommended to use English characters that sound or are spelled similarly, such as replacing the character “?” with “c”.

6. Can the delivery address be changed after placing an order? 

Please note that once an order enters the processing stage or has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. To avoid package delays, it is recommended to set the delivery address to your permanent residence rather than a temporary vacation address, as we cannot estimate the duration for which customs at the destination may detain the package, and a temporary address may cause inconvenience in receiving the package.

7.How long does delivery take, and how to track the package?

 The specific delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose. After the order is shipped, we will send you the logistics number and the corresponding tracking website link via email. It should be noted that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs departments in your country/region.

8. What should I do if there are missing items in the received order?

 If you find that items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately via email at support@skywispd.com, and we will promptly verify and handle the issue for you.
